New Honorees into the MRC Hall of Fame

The Market Research Council (MRC) was founded in New York in 1927 and is the premier membership organization for marketing research leaders. On the 25th July 2025, the MRC will be recognising four outstanding industry colleagues, with two entering into their prestigious Hall of Fame. Join the ceremony using the booking links below!

Simon Chadwick has been stewarding and managing companies of various sizes and life stages for 40+ years. His expertise and innovation in strategy development and operations has provided his clients with powerful skill training for translating insights into successful business impact.

Josh Chasin is an architect of cross-platform research currencies. As a measurement innovator Josh designs, develops, implements and analyzes syndicated and custom research to further more reliable consumer insights. His thought leadership influences minds and budgets in the media space.

Since 1995, Pepper Miller has been helping Fortune 500 companies and non-profits better understand and positively engage Black America. Through her expertise, she has shaped innovative research methodologies and strategies that reveal the power of Black cultural insights. She has authored three books on helping others to understand Black culture and perspectives.

Carol Sue Haney is the Head of Data Science and Research for Engineering at Qualtrics, with a specific focus on statistics and predictive technologies in online quantitative research. SHe works at the forefront of software development, leading efforts to enhance product offerings from synthetic sampling, to population frames, text categorization, and sentiment analysis.

The MRC’s mission is to provide the focal point around which distinguished marketing research professionals can gather for the development and advancement of their mutual interests. The MRC also stimulates the vigorous debate around the evolution of scientific study. Strives constantly for advancement in the techniques of fact-finding, analysis and presentation. Broadens the field for marketing research by stimulating a wider acceptance and use of its services. Encourages the study of marketing research as a profession in schools and colleges. Encourages the highest ethical practices in the preparation and use of marketing research with the constant aim of lift the standards of the profession.
