Now in its sixth year, the 2026 Significant Insights Global 30 Under 30 List is officially open for nominations.
Across the world, a new generation of talent is transforming research, data, analytics and insights with bold ideas, fresh energy and extraordinary ambition. These are the people already making a difference today and shaping the future of our industry tomorrow.

The annual Significant Insights Global 30 Under 30 List celebrates the brightest emerging talent from across the global insights community. It recognises those showing exceptional drive, creativity, leadership and passion, and shines a spotlight on the individuals set to become the future leaders of our profession.
Each year, the list showcases remarkable stories of achievement, innovation and progress. Last year’s winners inspired the industry around the world. Now it is time to discover the next 30 names ready to leave their mark.

What we’re looking for
We want to hear about the innovators, creators, leaders and thinkers aged under 30 who are making big strides in:
- Market research
- Consumer insights
- Data and analytics
- Strategy and foresight
- Behavioural science
- Customer understanding
- Insight led change and innovation
This could be demonstrated through:
- Outstanding day to day work for clients or stakeholders
- Commercial or organisational impact
- Leadership beyond their level of experience
- Raising standards across the profession
- Using insights to create positive change in the world

Entry requirements
Nominees must:
- Be part of the global research, data, analytics or insights community
- Be aged 29 or under on 27 November 2026
- Be nominated by themselves or another person

The global judging panel
Once again, an outstanding international panel of senior client, agency and association leaders from across the insights profession will review entries and champion the next generation of talent.
